Update 2016.07.02: Releasing Version 2 I fixed the gap and I'm securing it with 2 M3 25mm screws that fit snugly into nuts for added stability. The top part is now larger, making it rock-solid and preventing accidental falls. I acquired a used Microsoft LifeCam HD 3000 to monitor my 3D printer remotely through OctoPrint. However, I needed a reliable way to attach the camera, ensuring it captured the entire x-axis while securely fastened to the printer. So, I launched FreeCAD and designed a custom holder. Unfortunately, I made an error in measurement. But that was easily corrected with some precision adjustments.
