IMPORTANT NOTICE:\nI have added updated versions of the x-carriage left and right bottom plates to match the lowered hotend mount requirement.\nInstallation is not possible without these parts.\nI have also provided a promised extruder clip to prevent motor movement caused by extrusion pressure, which stops unwanted motion efficiently.\n_______________________________________\nThis Sunhokey Prusa i3 upgrade kit consists of all essential parts I believe enhance the printer's print quality.\nAll upgrades (apart from the Z-axis) can be installed using leftover spare screws from building the printer, just as I intended during design.\nThe upgrade kit contains:\nConversion from Bowden to direct drive: This reduces motor skipping, eliminates ooze, and prevents wobbling from bowden tube pressure.\nA known issue is that the motor moves up and down while extruding; a solution is being worked on - an attaching clip for existing parts will stop this movement.\nMassive nozzle height reduction necessitates new bottom plates on the x-carriage sides to allow for carriage lowering below its previous limit.\nThis increase enables greater Z height abilities.\n\nDual radial fan blower. I offer two versions with varying heights, please ensure sufficient clearance before printing; using a taller fan is recommended if you have a longer nozzle like me, as I do.\nFor optimal performance, power the fans between 5-8 volts to minimize vibrations and noise; two fans do not require 12 volts, instead.\n\nHotend cooler. The cooler issue of falling off has been resolved by decreasing tolerance; it now clips securely onto the hotend, making it more efficient than other designs I have created.\n\nX-Carriage inductive sensor mount. Various versions are provided for different sizes - 12mm and 17mm sensors, as well as for no sensors at all; please sand the mount to fit the sensor snugly and then glue it into place.\nFor optimal performance, a new mount will need quick recalibration after each print (just twist the sensor back in place); this usually takes just a few seconds due to the cooler fan's air flow on the sensor. The stabilizer issue mentioned in earlier versions should be resolved with this upgrade, as stated.\nThe stabilizer is not recommended but was included for those who prefer its functionality; if used, ensure that you have bearings. F608zz Shielded Model Flange Bearing 8 x 22 x 7mm works perfectly.\nOptional 15mm cylindrical bearing mount allows bolt installation onto the X-carriage with cable tie slots for secure bearings placement.\nIf issues occur during use, please provide feedback; minor modifications might be required to fit these pieces due to different build conditions and requirements, as I have found.\nYou can see the installation process at https://youtu.be/XgO2RFq_v3I.\nPrint Settings:\n\n Printer: \n Sunhokey \n\nRafts: \n No \n Supports: \ \n No \n Resolution:
