I've found that using the "Medium model" has worked effectively for me so far. Additionally, I'm utilizing the BlackSilent Fan XM-2 - 40mm from Caseking.de, which provides a moderate airflow level. If you require more substantial airflow, you'll need to explore alternative fan options.
