Sunhokey I3 12mm Inductive Sensor Adapter V2
thingiverse
This is an enhanced version of www.thingiverse.com/thing:1029784/#files\nfeaturing 4 adjustment bolts for precise height adjustment of the inductive sensor. The sensor tip also needs to be level, or parallel to the build plate, and can be done using the adjustment bolts. If the sensor tip is not parallel to the build plate, it may collide with the printed workpiece, causing step losses.\nTo assemble this design, you will need 4 M3 bolts (>30mm) and nuts as well as 4 strong springs that fit over the M3 bolts. Additionally, 2 more screws or bolts are required to secure the upper part to the 40mm hotend cooling fan. The M3 nuts can be heated up to drive them into the captive nut pockets of the lower plate, which mounts the sensor.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter Brand: \n RepRap\n \n Printer: \n Sunhokey Prusa i3\n \n Rafts: \n No\n \n Supports: \n No\n \n Resolution: \n 0.2mm\n \n Infill: \n 40%\n \n Notes: \n Printed in ABS to prevent deformation, as my printer is stored in a cabinet that traps heat.
