I've designed a modified fan duct specifically for the stock Sunhokey extruder on Thingiverse, identified as http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1404099. The original duct's height was causing issues with blocked heater wires. To address this, I expanded the intake area to accommodate my blower fan's larger dimensions.
