This mount serves as a direct replacement for the standard y axis stepper motor mount, offering an improved solution over the original component. The stock mount is prone to flexing under belt tension, a design flaw that can be disconcerting; my engineers would have likely expressed reservations about this aspect of its design. Therefore, I created this custom alternative. Design Guidelines: Critical Print Parameters Print with walls not thinner than 1.2mm and maintain at least 25% infill density for optimal results. Assembly Instructions Installation Process Replace the original mount using identical hardware and mounting the new component in the same location as the stock part.
