The carriage stock provides a very poor hotend mount and induces vibrations. This part replaces that one. Be sure to re-zero your Z stop before homing your printer!! These parts print without support material. You need to buy 2 M4 x 40mm screws for the hotend and 4 M3 x 12mm screws for belt clamps. Be sure to re-zero your Z stop before homing your printer!! Assembly tips: Attach carriage to linear bearings first with four screws at the top and two screws at the bottom. Press hotend into the hotend clamp and slide it into place. Use 2 M4 x 40mm screws to pass through the carriage and clamp the hotend firmly into a pillow block. Two reliefs in the hotend clamp allow for trapping of hotend wires, preventing strain. Loosen the x-axis belt tensioner fully before proceeding. Install the belt on the back side of the printer with two belt clamps and 4 M3 x 12mm screws.
