I snapped the original 40mm fan, so I grabbed the spare 50mm fan from my computer's heatsink and used its screws to attach it. To make room for this new fan, I created a custom shroud that fits snugly in the original spot with just four fan screws holding it down. I designed the shroud using PLA, making sure not to touch the heat sink so that PLA works flawlessly. Print Settings: Printer: Sunhokey Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 20
