This is a sleek sun shield sunglasses case. I manufactured it using PLA, then heat-treated it in my furnace at 100°C for one hour to give it superior temperature resistance compared to ABS. Although ABS should still work well, the end result has enhanced durability thanks to this process. Next, you'll need to enlarge the hole for a Ø3x12 dowel to securely hold the sunglasses in place. To make adjustments easier, apply a small amount of foam to soften the holder slightly. After that, insert a spring into the back and your sun shield sunglasses case is complete.
