Sundance, Optima, Hot Tub diverter knob.

I'm redesigning the diverter knob for Sundance hot tubs. You can choose between two sizes of protrusion to suit your needs. Here's how to print it: Choose Your Printer: Malyan M180 is a great choice. Raft Settings: Don't bother with rafts, they're not necessary. Support Settings: No supports are needed, it'll hold up on its own. Resolution Settings: Print at 0.2mm or less for a smooth finish. Infill Settings: 20% infill will give you the right balance of strength and weight. Design Notes: I noticed some warping when printing with ABS plastic, but PLA works perfectly fine. If it's a bit loose, try using electrical tape on the square peg to get a snug fit. How I Designed It: I used 123D Design software to create this custom diverter knob.
