Suncast Hinge for XL Vertical Shed

PLA replacement for the hinges on my Suncast X Vertical Shed (BMS6202) work better than the originals. The stamped metal hinges were falling off and the included screws stripped meaning that I couldn't install them properly. So i jumped into Austodesk Fusion 360 and went to work. These are sized for my shed and i'm hopeful that they work for you as-is. I have had them installed for a few weeks and so far, so good. They are compression fit and the PLA seems to be strong enough for the job. There are optional screw holes that I plan to drill out to make the hole slightly larger if needed.. but haven't needed to do the up to this point. Photos included so you can see the original part i replaced, the replacement, and what it looks like installed. I'm using Prusa Slicer and I am generally a fan of leaving infill at 20% but increasing the number of perimeters to 5. This seems to give me nice solid structure with a reasonably fast print.
