Suncast Glidetop Shed Screw and Clip
thingiverse
Screw and Clip for the Suncast 98 cu. ft. Glidetop® Shed. I've been very happy with this shed but after 10 years the shed began to settle and the screws broke due to age. I fabricated these replacements parts from PLA and PETG. Both seem to work well. The PLA deformed more over time than the PETG. I do suggest printing the screw sideways with support to give it more strength along the shaft. The original hex tool is required to insert and remove these screws. The clip is compression fit. I'm not sure the threads are perfect, but it seems to work great regardless. The red screw in the photo was in place for ~1 year. I replaced a few more this weekend and remove that one to inspect it. Everything looks and works great and it sure beats having to purchase another $500 shed. ... Maybe this is the beginning of my 3d printer paying for itself!
