Sunbathing for Playmobil or small dolls with eagle decorations on the sides is anything but simple. Measuring 10 cm in length, 3.7 cm in width, and 2.5 cm in height, this sunbath is substantial. To produce one of these sunbaths via 3D printing, the following parameters must be observed: Minimal support structures are required to ensure a smooth print job. Print speed can be set relatively fast, at 80 mm/s, but only if support settings allow for it. The fill rate is set at 30% to achieve optimal results. A thickness of 0.2 mm is specified for the walls. Eight layers of shell printing are required to complete the sunbath. Printing time for a single sunbath will be approximately one hour.
