This component connects a Zebra Tech Wiper J to a SUNA for a low-profile setup, enabling them to fit within a 4" schedule 40 ABS pipe. It was printed at high resolution on an uPrint SE plus by a local high school robotics lab. To print the part, convert either STL or IGS files to CAM and use ReplicatorG for 3D printing on a ThingOMatic. Modify and render .ems files with eMachineshop's free CAD software. Be prepared to manually clean up and/or tap four M3 x 0.5mm holes, as specified in the provided DXF file hole pattern. Four M3x0.5x35mm socket head cap screws, 18-8 SS; four M3 split lock washers; and four M3 brass threaded inserts are necessary for assembly.
