This is a precise replica visor clip designed for my 1998 Plymouth Voyager minivan. The corresponding tinkercad file is available here if you prefer to adjust the mounting hole or alter the clip's dimensions. If you're planning to replace the clip on a Voyager, you should also consider this updated version as it serves as an even more accurate drop-in replacement. Here are the guidelines to create this precise replica: I use Cura for slicing the model. Printing requires support for the overhanging part of the clip, but Cura does a great job at producing just enough supports that they remain simple to remove.
