Sun Visor Clip
thingiverse
I was driving down the road when I suddenly moved my sun visor to a new location and the clip that held it up snapped in two. I was about to head to the junkyard to grab a replacement, but then I realized I could've scored one for free or paid just a buck. However, I decided to take on the challenge and craft my own custom clip for under five cents. This DIY project is an experiment to see if it's even possible to create such a thing. The result is a sturdy replacement clip designed specifically for a 2001 Elantra, although it may also work with other makes and models. One notable difference between this clip and the original is its larger size – I deliberately made it bigger so that it fits snugly against the ceiling. The first photo shows the passenger side clip in its broken state, while the second image showcases my handcrafted replacement.
