Sun Visor Clip - 99 Nissan Frontier XLE

This is a test piece that I haven't printed yet, destined for the sunroof visor/cover - mine broke and they're next to impossible to find. Until my printer arrives and gets set up in the next few weeks, I'll remain uncertain about this model's quality. After printing this, I decided that updating wasn't necessary, since it yielded a nearly fully functional piece. Here are my results http://www.thingiverse.com/make:166870 Print Settings Rafts: Not crucial Supports: Irrelevant Resolution: Using a .4 nozzle with .3 layer height and .35 first layer height. Infill: A 25% honeycomb pattern with solid layers every 8 layers was chosen. Notes: My personal settings led to the cleanest print I've achieved yet, after five attempts (sadly). Slicing using Repetier Host and a slic3r processor. Initial hot end at 235°C with a bed at 80°C - resting point at 225°C bed temperature at 50°C. White ABS was used as the printing material - support wasn't required, but probably wouldn't have done any harm if added. Still experimenting! Post-Printing Unfortunately, the pilot hole's inner diameter turned out too small, so I couldn't insert it into the sunroof itself. Just had to widen it up with a pocket screwdriver - a drill bit may have been a better option.
