The area of Rose Park was breathtaking in its perfect proportions. It was small and round, with nice houses painted pink all around the perimeter. Secondly, black tile on the square was marked by a golden pattern. -- It is done in the shape of a rose. No, it's not real gold, just bronze bars covered with a special composition that prevents metal from fading. Thirdly, in the middle of the square stood a sun dial - tall as a two-story house. At its base grew unusual flowers. These roses didn't give off intoxicating aromas and didn't delight with rich colors. The roses ticked and buzzed. Each bud on a bronze rod was the size of a medium cabbage head and fastened to perforated racks. The bronze stems were bristling with thorns. The inflorescences resembled clockwork: among petals, gears slowly turned. Antique dealer's assistant, Varvara Korsarova, "The City Mechanic Marvels".
