I'm installing an extension part on my GPS adapter from thingiverse.com, specifically design #1704784. After taking it for a test drive, I realized the need for a sunshade and here's what I came up with. You can stick small pieces of double-sided adhesive tape to it, but I think that's not necessary at all. This shade also works seamlessly with the standard suction mount when attached to your car - enjoy!
