I made this for my SS20 - but it should also work for the SS4/5. This fits the top slot, where a CDROM might be. The original mounting parts for a CDROM drive involve some stiff rubber grommet parts. Stiff, but they give way enough to go into the slots. I wanted to make something that didn't require those (i.e. all-in-one). Because if you don't have a CDROM and you don't have a slot cover, you probably don't have the grommets either. However, without this rubber it's difficult to get the size just right to fit and not be too tight / loose. So try this out, you may have to file down the truncated "flat top" part of the side discs to get it to fit. Also, you will see some paint in one of the pics. Sun used some color that's grey with just a drop of purple in it. I have a very hard time color matching it so I just went with a light gray spray paint.
