Sun Gears

A friend sought for a unique gift, desiring sun-shaped gears that moved like Heart Gears while incorporating her solar power passion. Initially, unable to find a suitable stl file, I discovered Geek Campfire by jonschwartz and combined it with a squashed sphere design in translucent blue PLA. The attached gears were fixed onto the core using M3 screws (18mm long). I provided an assembly stl for visual purposes only. To replicate this in OpenSCAD, download parametric involute gear v5.0 and Geek Campfire stl files, placing them alongside sun_gears.stl for customization fun without injury.
