Protecting your DSLR with a quick release sun cover and bottom plate is a simple and effective solution. To create this protection, you can design a custom housing using 3D printing technology. I tried to print one, but unfortunately, I didn't have access to black PLA at the time, which would have been ideal for the job. To optimize the print settings for this project, consider the following parameters: rafts and supports. In my case, I chose not to use a raft, as it's not necessary for this design. Supports are also not required in this instance.
