Sumobot Chassis
thingiverse
In the Tufts robotics club, a Makerbot sumobot project is planned. While previous sumobot experiences were limited by kit robots and code, this project allows complete customization. The print was challenging for the Makerbot but successful with minimal warping. To enhance uniformity, another version with slotting parts is being developed. Servos can be installed using 3mm bolts or hot glue; motors are yet to be tested. IR sensors may fit in the front slots, but testing is pending.
