SummitLink VW Roof Sliders

These roof sliders are for the SummitLink VW Baja Beetle body shell. I was running my Arrma Outcast 4S with this shell the other day and had a major roof slide. These things saved it, no question about that. Using three would have worked even better, especially if one were placed in the middle. I made mine out of PLA and got pretty close to making them solid, which has held up way better than I had expected. I used the tape on version and dollar store foam 2-sided tape. I don't recall the nut size for the screw on ones, but I posted them anyway. Afterthought kicked in and I expected them to be weak because of the holes, so I haven't tried them yet. Something like these are really easy to model, so save your body by running roof sliders. Use at your own risk.
