I added a short hoop to the front light bar design and also beefed up the material where the round LED light housings are held to the light bar. Added 2 mm of thickness under light buckets and added 1 mm thickness to the top of the lightbar where it meets the light buckets / housings. I found that with hard bashing the previous design would allow one or multiple light buckets to snap off from the main assembly. Even when using PETG at 100 percent Octet infill.
