This is for a Polygroup Summer Waves 10ft pool with skimmer SFS400/SFS350 pump.This will allow you to remove the pump assembly and install a upgraded pump and 1.5" hose. Version #1 uses the same 3.5mm thick 24.5mm inner diameter intake o-ring and mounting screws as the original assembly, and Version #2 uses the output o-ring instead. Print in ABS if possible, but PLA will work well too. I also recommend applying few coats of clear acrylic sealer to the exterior and interior of the part to seal any wall holes. Applying a generous amount of Teflon Tape on the threads will also help seal it nicely. Print the gasket using TPU, 35% Concentric infill. The o-ring.stl file is just an add on, I wouldn’t recommend printing it. I suggest buying a silicone one from your local hardware store if the original o-rings are not available . Print at high temps, approx (260*C for ABS) or (230*C for PLA) @100% extrusion, speed 20mm/s, 100% infill, use 8 for top, bottom, inner and outer walls to make it water tight and to prevent seepage, supports only needed for surfaces touching the bed.
