Summer Waves Pool SFS Skimmer Adapter to Intex 1.5"

This is a modification for a Polygroup Summer Waves 10ft pool with skimmer SFS400/SFS350 pump. It allows you to remove the pump assembly and install an upgraded pump along with a 1.5" hose. Version #1 uses the same intake o-ring and mounting screws as the original assembly, while Version #2 uses the output o-ring. Print in ABS if possible; PLA will also work well. Applying several coats of clear acrylic sealer to the exterior and interior of the part seals any wall holes. A generous amount of Teflon Tape on the threads seals it nicely. Print the gasket using TPU with 35% Concentric infill. The o-ring.stl file is an add-on; I don't recommend printing it. Instead, buy a silicone one from your local hardware store if the original o-rings are not available. Print at high temperatures: approximately 260*C for ABS or 230*C for PLA. Use 100% extrusion and speed 20mm/s. Apply 100% infill with eight layers on top, bottom, inner, and outer walls to ensure water tightness and prevent seepage. Supports are only necessary for surfaces touching the bed.
