The Summer Wave above ground pool pump of my broke (SFX1000). The plastic fans attached to the impeller mounted on the motor rotor came loose. This printed part is noticeably thicker than the original, which appeared to be made from nylon. The added thickness and extra supports give the PETG material a significant boost compared to the commercial part. So far, it fits perfectly and seems to be functioning correctly. Installation involves attaching it to the motor rotor. It's a snug fit, but that's intentional design. To secure it in place, I used a rubber mallet to gently tap it onto the rotor.
