Introducing the Summer Beach Set, featuring low to medium polygon SubDiv objects. View more details about each component on my CGTrader profile. I offer 3 file formats: .max (2014), .obj+mtl, and .fbx with necessary textures in a .rar file. Message me for additional formats or assistance. The palm umbrella top is made using CoronaScatter (.max) and converted to geometry in .obj and .fbx files. With CoronaScatter on, the scene has 350K polygons and 345K verts; without it's 336K polygons and 309K verts. The .obj and .fbx versions have 347K polygons and 336K verts, respectively. Texture sizes range from 512x512 to 4096x4096 but can be adjusted as needed. Happy rendering! Reach out if you need help with the scene, let's troubleshoot together.
