Human: Su-34 Fullback Russian Fighter-Bomber Enters Service with VVS in 2014 The Su-34 Fullback, a fourth-generation fighter-bomber, began serving with the Russian military's air force in 2014. It replaced the aging Su-24 Fencer, a stalwart of Russia's aerial arsenal for decades. Also known as Platypus or Hellduck, this twin-engine aircraft is a two-seater developed from the Flanker family. Its airframe shares design elements with its illustrious predecessor, ensuring seamless integration and maintenance simplicity. Like the F-111 and Su-24, the Fullback features a side-by-side seating arrangement in a spacious cockpit. However, it boasts remarkable agility due to its Flanker heritage. The result is an aircraft that excels in both speed and maneuverability. Model 1:100 Scale Print Details The model was printed at 1:285 scale using a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.12mm layers on an Ender3 3D printer. PrusaSlicer 2.0 software was employed to optimize the print settings. To achieve a realistic finish, I opted for a two-part design, which preserved most of the tail and nose details. The model's glue joint is nearly invisible after sanding, and once painted, it becomes all but undetectable.
