The Sukhoi SU-26 is a remarkably accurate replica, closely adhering to its actual dimensions and boasting a fully textured surface. It features animatable ailerons, elevators, rudder, and propeller for enhanced realism. Available in various formats, this model is based on the Soviet Union's single-seat aerobatics plane, the Su-26. Powered by a radial engine, the Su-26 has mid-mounted straight wings and fixed landing gear. First flown in June 1984, the initial four models were equipped with a two-bladed propeller. Production later shifted to the Su-26M, which had a squared off vertical tail, less glass, and a German-made propeller. The modified Su-26M3, featuring a new engine, triumphed at the 2003 and 2005 Aerobatic World Championships and the 2004 European Championships. The export version is called the Su26MX.
