My dear friend Juande Carazo entrusted me with a task that he shared with me during our many cycling tours. His shoulder injury left him no choice but to sleep in an adjustable bed, which proved to be a challenge when disassembling and reassembling it - apparently, a crucial piece broke or went missing. To solve this problem, I had one of two parts that, along with a rod, would prevent the mattress from slipping out of the bed frame. As I'm known for my creativity with 3D printing, Juande thought of me and asked if I could design a replacement part based on the original piece he still had. I gladly accepted the challenge, created the design, and we printed it.
