Suigintou's Sword

A convention-safe cosplay sword inspired by Suigintou's iconic blade from "Rozen Maiden" takes shape. The sword's blade will be crafted from 1/4-inch balsa wood or 1/4-inch pink foam sheets, prioritizing safety and making it affordable to replace in case of damage. For optimal results, I strongly advise printing the clamp with the grain aligned along its length, as this will prevent it from cracking when used. The remaining components can be printed as desired. The cross guard was divided into three sections due to my M3D Micro's limited capabilities, but an option is included for those fortunate enough to have access to larger machines that allow printing the entire piece in one go. JB Weld proves to be an excellent adhesive for securing the cross guard and handle pieces together if needed. However, the entire assembly holds together without any additional glue required.
