The five small holes around the model are designed for 4mm leds, and they may necessitate some drilling depending on how much your plastic shrinks and your printers accuracy. This is a project I've been working on for a friend of mine, and the discussion that got this project started can be found below. :3 Can you assist me with a cosplay I'll be creating for Comicon this year? Absolutely! Who do you envision cosplaying as? Deadshot from the new Suicide Squad movie. I'll fire up my 3D printer immediately. This was the birth of the project "Model and print Deadshot's gear". This is the first piece of the project I've modeled, and it should fit most people with the exception of those with extremely large manga/anime eyes. :D I plan to design and make available various body plates that make up Deadshot's outfit; however, if my predictions are correct, it will take a while for everything to be completed. ^^' Instructions I'm still working on figuring out how to wire the leds into this model, so if you have any suggestions for where to place the wires or you have another reference picture besides this one please post it in the comments! Possible solutions include creating space for a button battery inside the eyepiece or running the wiring through the mask. ^-^
