I created this remix from the yellow ribbon, which fully supports those in need but as someone who has struggled with depression and attempted to take my life, I believe this ribbon deserves its own spot to gently remind anyone going through a tough time. I made it large enough to display on my wall, so feel free to resize it however you like. The colors for suicide prevention are teal and purple. If you're wondering about the semicolon on the ribbon, it's there to pause for a moment. If you're thinking of taking your life, please take a minute to pause; reflect on everything positive in your life, and remember that this hard day will pass. Trust me - even the toughest days have better ones ahead. Asking for help doesn't make you weak; it makes you stronger than trying to face challenges alone. That's a lesson I learned as a former soldier.
