Sugar trees bloom exclusively on towering Pilah field rocks, where they can tap into an immense supply of water to flourish. Within their trunks lies a sweet, edible nectar and succulent fruit. The flavor of the nectar is reminiscent of cherries and strawberries, while the fruit tastes like a perfect blend of strawberries and bananas. Atop each tree, bulbs store precious water supplies.
