Sugar Dispenser
thingiverse
This is a functional sugar dispenser that has been reliably serving me for several months without any issues. Each turn of the wheel releases precisely the right amount of sugar from a standard coffee spoon, and the substantial tank can hold nearly 1kg of sugar - I've even downsized its capacity to 0.5kg by adjusting it in the slicer to 50%. The system also features a mechanism for breaking up lumps that inevitably form over time, as well as a design that allows for effortless rotation on the supporting base to prevent sugar spills during transport. I strongly recommend using food-grade filaments or at least PLA without additives. As for assembly, only two components require gluing: the "base" and "hopper", which are best attached after inserting the wheel inside. If you decide to build this dispenser, I hope you find it useful - feel free to reach out if you have any questions or post photos of your project. Have fun!
