The compact sugar container holds about 300-400 grams of sugar granules in one section, while another section at the back is designed for storing plastic stirrers or a spoon. The use of PLA printing makes the sugar container safe for food contact. To give this printed item a retail-store appearance, some post-printing work like sanding and painting can be done to achieve a smooth glossy finish on its exterior surface. The bowl's outside was sprayed with a coat to ensure it meets food-grade quality standards, while leaving the interior as usual PLA untouched for the same reason.
