We created this during a cartoon drawing session at SudoRoom.org hackerspace in Oakland, using the customized version of thingiverse.com/thing:74322. The design was personalized with Customizer and printed with image file lithopane20130511-17909-4owx8s-0.dat, hole diameter of 10mm, layer height of 0.35mm, and 14 layers.
