The movable A/C unit consumes lots of air and the replacement air must come from outside. I designed this replacement grill so that the unit circulates the condenser air mainly from the outside. Important: Print both halves with the same orientation, otherwise the parts will not fit together. Small intake ports from the inside air to not stress the fan and cause excessive back pressure. Insets to install grills/filters to intakes. I used aluminum mesh and glued it in place with super glue. I used 152 mm flexible PVC hose from Biltema (item 87-3828). The same hose also fits to the outlet if you need longer hose than the original. The aluminum mesh from Biltema: 36-0599
