Suction Cup Mount for ANY Fleshlight/ Fleshjack Model

Additional Hardware and AssemblySuction cups fit into holes with a bit of pressure and twisting. It takes a bit of elbow grease but they will squeeze in.I bought a generic multipack of suction cup hooks of different sizes for about $5 and used 4 of the medium-sized ones in the pack, labeled as being able to hold about 2 lbs each. The suction cups are roughly 45mm/ 1.75" wide with an attachment point that is 14.5mm/ 0.57" at its' widest. There were 2 larger suction cups in the pack rated for 5 lbs each, and the attachment point was the same size as the ones I used, so I think it's a fairly common size for suction cup “nubs.”I used an M6 thread, 40mm long or longer, hex head bolt, and an M6 wingnut to tighten down the hinge. Be sure to use hardware that will resist corrosion if you intend to use it in a shower or bathtub, stainless steel is the best option. You might be able to use a 40mm or longer thumb screw in place of an M6 hex head, but it may be more difficult to tighten and loosen. If anyone tries that please leave a comment with your results.Print SettingsI printed the part with threads at a fine resolution setting of 0.12mm to be sure the threads fit nicely.Orient this part with the hinge towards the build plate and the opening facing upwards with supports and maybe a small raft enabled. If using automatically generated supports be sure that the supports do not go through the holes of the hinge, as that will make support removal much more difficult. These circular cutouts should not need support. Go into the paint-on support setting in your slicer and paint support blockers at the top of these holes before slicing if you find your slicer automatically adds supports inside of the holes.Enable ironing in your slicer if possible so that the bottom surface inside the threaded portion is as smooth as possible. This will ensure the part is watertight and easier to clean and sanitize with a toy cleaner. I added a height range modifier in Prusa Slicer and added an ironing pass setting to the layer that I needed to be smoothed out.Supports aren't necessary for the suction cup base or the adaptor. These parts can also be printed at a lower resolution without too much issue. I printed the suction cup base at 0.2mm. 90 Degree Suction Base AdditionsI added a couple of new base options that allow the smaller stroker cases, original size cases, and the “sex in a can” cases to all tilt to 90 degrees. All of the bases and tops are interchangeable so if you want the most flexibility you could use the "sex in a can 90-degree" base option for any of the threaded attachments. However, if you only have the original or smaller stroker case(s) and/ or you don't see yourself needing to go all the way to 90 degrees when mounting I wanted to give options for more compact base designs.
