Sucker Mount Slide Holder for Jim Dunlop 223 Brass Knuckle Guitar Slide
myminifactory
I'm a big fan of slide guitar, it's probably the most soulful style of playing, and when my musical partner Phil Ockelford mentioned he needed a guitar-mounted slide holder I was more than happy to help out. This simple little print is a stick-on holder for a Jim Dunlop 223 Brass Knuckle Slide, the kind of slide Phil uses. It's basically a tube with open top and bottom ends, but with the bottom end also having a lip to prevent the slide from falling through while still allowing a finger to poke out when putting on the slide. The holder has two rotating mounts for suction cups (which you'll need to find yourself, I use 20mm cups with 7mm buttons) that let it stick to flat-topped and bowl-topped guitars, as well as any spot on those guitars that's most convenient for you. You can grab the slide during a solo, play that killer slide passage, and then slot it back in when you're done. I sell these through my Etsy store (www.etsy.com/uk/shop/enterprisexddesign), custom-made to fit whatever slide you happen to use. It'll be delivered fully assembled, complete with the cups. So feel free to use this one or, if you need a custom-made holder, just send me a message!
