Low poly, tileable urban block model for games, visualization, and educational purposes includes simplistic houses, roads, sidewalks, cars, plants, made with Maya 7, possessing clean topology, no N-gons, mostly quads and few triangles. UV mapped, fully textured, unwrapped using overlapping, rendered via V-ray in 3ds Max with HDRI map enclosed. Available formats are Maya 7 (.ma, .mb), OBJ (.obj with .mtl), 3ds Max 2009 (.max), and Autodesk FBX (.fbx). FBX and OBJ directly exported from Maya. Polygon count: 4096 quads/7870 triangles; vertices: 4540; edges: 8207; UVs: 10012. Elements are easily modifiable, polygon count can be altered by adding or deleting elements, and model mapped on a single 2048x2048 pixels texture map included in two formats (.tiff and .jpg). Original working .psd file is also available for further modifications. Textures enclosed within the 'suburb_textures.zip' file include: 2048x2048 .jpg diffuse (color) map, 2048x2048 .tiff diffuse (color) map, and a 2048x2048 .psd diffuse (color) map with layers - the working file.
