Subterranean Martian Pyramid

This Mars base consist of a large pyramid that is hidden beneath the terrain in order to escape the harsh environment that exist above ground. The pyramid is topped by a geodesic dome that serves as an observation deck, greenhouse, and power supply. The dome panels would be constructed of a material that can convert solar radiation into usable energy while keeping the damaging rays out of the dome. A large vertical turbine sits atop the dome and uses the winds to create more energy. Inside the pyramid are three levels which serve as housing, storage, and work areas. Large cylinders surround the pyramid storing water and fuel.
