Subminiature Switch Bracket for OpenBeam
thingiverse
This part is designed specifically to mount an Omron SS-5GL13 sub-miniature switch to OpenBeam using three millimeter bolts, each ten millimeters in length. The idea behind creating this piece was to provide a sturdy connection between the switch and the beam, as I found myself lacking screws small enough to fit through the holes on the switch itself. To overcome this issue, I came up with the design for a bracket featuring tiny nubs that securely hold the switch in place. To assemble the part, you will need to print two of these brackets per switch, ensuring a stable and reliable connection between the switch and the beam.
