A submarine toy model crafted by one of my pupils in our high school geometry class was created using openSCAD and MakerBot, which aided us in understanding the z-axis, coding basics, and concepts such as intersection, union, and rigid transformations. The project spanned over 2 classroom sessions to learn openSCAD and 2 weeks for students to work on their creations independently.
