This is my custom-made model of the special service tool for Subaru's brake light switch recall. They only provide three, so if you want to have your own without purchasing the expensive OEM version, this one works perfectly. I've added a hole in the handle; I highly recommend running 16-24 inches of brightly colored string or twine so it's harder to forget and leave the tool in a car. This model requires some post-processing. The orientation it comes in has given me the most success printing, but you're welcome to try it with the hex face down – I'm not sure if that will end up better. Make sure to sand the hex face smooth and flush. It will still work if you don't, but it will be frustrating to use with it wobbling. The necessary materials are three 8mmx3mm neodymium magnets. I secured them in place using marine JB weld (because it retains a little flexibility).
