For Subaru Legacy/Outback MY07 models with a non-available engine under cover, two flaps are provided for maintenance access; however, if one is lost, it can be costly to replace as the whole cover costs around $200. A cheaper alternative has been found and made printer-friendly without being an exact replica. This part can be located in Subaru's parts catalog under Subaru Legacy, B13, Body equipment — exterior, Under cover & exhaust cover, Illustration #1 - part 56410AG140 or alternate 56410AG141. A printed version has been tested and fits, but long-term durability is yet to be determined. In the second version (v2), quick snaps have been modified by adding 1mm for better stiffness. The first version (v1) has been in use for over 3000km with no issues, while a user reports that the part has held strong after almost four years and over 80,000km.
