Subaru Justy Tension rod bushing MK1 MK2 (mold)
thingiverse
Two files can be downloaded. A as good as copy with all important dimensions matching and a basic mold for polyurethane casting. The copy: The original is about 2mm concave at the bottom but the model is not. Something to consider if you use it as 1:1 copy. The mold: The mold has an easy release hole on the bottom of the mold. Put a piece of tape over it before casting. Compressed air can be used to blow the part out of the mold. A keen eye will see that de resulting bushing is about 2mm lower than the original. This is because the original has a 2mm concaved bottom that immediately compresses when installed. Fill till the edge (flow over is no problem). Polyurethane shore A ~60 to ~75 is recommended. You'll need to create 4, 2 for each side.
