This is a DIY tensioner for the center console cup holder in your Subaru Impreza. I designed this part to replace one that was missing, so it's not an exact replica of the original OEM piece. After my first print, I think the flappy parts could use some adjustments - they're probably too long and/or thick. But I haven't made any changes yet. I haven't tested if this will work with other Subaru models' cup holders, but it should fit all Impreza variants from 2007-2011 without a problem. Print Settings: Printer: Printrbot Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 25% Notes: Filament: FoxSmart green TPU Hotend: 200 C Bed: 70 C Speed: 20 mm/s Fan: yes Shells/perimeters: 2 Top/bottom layers: 3 Nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm Post-Printing: Remove any extra support material that's left over. I printed this with the flappy parts flat, so only the raised part where the pegs come down needed supports. Since you won't see the other side, it doesn't matter how well they clean up.
