I'm currently missing one of my screw head covers from the door release handle on my Subaru Forest (2004). To solve this problem, I designed a replacement that fits perfectly. If necessary, you can use a lighter to soften the prongs and carefully pry them outward slightly to get an even better fit (secure clip) into place. Be cautious because they are fragile. It's a good idea to print multiple copies at once so you have spares on hand and keep the print head moving throughout the process to allow the tiny clips to cool between layers, which will help prevent any issues. I recommend printing with ABS plastic (it might work with PLA too, just be extra careful when handling the prongs).
